The coolest experience
It exceeded my expectations the atmosphere was amazing our bartender was super cool! Helped us out with some amazing spots here in QZN i would definitely be back!!!

Cold as Ice
Well its cold. Gloves needed and you will want to take pics of yourself and others with you, the gloves wont activate the sreen on your mobile . To take your hand out of the glove it quickly became uncomfortable cold. love the ice cups, surprisingly enjoyable. loved the experience. Cool , no pun intended.

Average there are better Ice bars in QT
When comparing minus 5 Ice bar to others in Queenstown I would say average. From the meet and greet to the bar itself. Other Ice bars I have been in had very specific jackets and gloves that were well cared for. at minus 5 I felt uncomfortable wearing the jacket as it was not well cared for by the staff and looked in poor condition. The gloves were pretty basic as was the actual Ice bar itself. I got a 'deal' and did not buy the drink option however in general tickets were as costly as the other bars. Go elsewhere, you will have a much better experience.

Amazing
This ice bar was great the sculptures inside are very impressive and a great experience I would recommend this place to everyone
